Our vineyard
The story of our vineyard began in 2009. It all came about when the mother of one of our friends inherited a field in the wilds of Herefordshire and asked us if we were interested in using it for vines. We didn't know what to expect but on arrival we were happy to find an 8 acre south facing slope and the rest is history.
The vineyard has always been in constant evolution since its begining, we are always looking for new varieties and methods to improve our soil and our wines.
Our winery
Built in 2013 in time for our first harvest. Our winery is a small rustic off grid space which allows us to create our low intervention hand crafted wines. Equipment is minimal and the wines are gentley handled and given the time they need. We press slowly in small batches and use a variety of fermentation vessels. We never fine, filter, or add sulphur.
