A cider made in collaboration with our friends at Artistraw cider and Whinyard Rocks. A skin contact cider combines grape skins into the natural fermentation of the apples. These grapes then add a little extra magic in the form of colour, flavour and tannin to produce something uniquely delicious!
This skin contact cider is made from handpicked foxwelp apples from unsprayed traditional standard orchards and Rondo grapes grown at Whinyard Rocks a low intervention vineyard in the Radnor valley and pressed at Black Mountain winery.
The Bright foxwelp acidity is enveloped in the bold fruit flavours of Rondo grape skins and brings to mind a nose reminiscent of a summer pudding laden with juicy blackcurrents. Sharp and precise, pairs excellently with a fatty piece of pork belly or a sumptous cheese cake.

How quickly will my wine arrive? Everything is packed and shipped by us. We aim to get all order out within 48 hours. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked48.
Is your wine vegan? Yes! We use no fining agents for our wine. Instead we give the wine the time it needs to be stable and we're comfortable with a little sediment
Is your wine organic? Our main vineyard in Turnastone, Herefordshire is certified organic through the soil association. Occasionally we buy in grapes for other vineyards this will be stated in the wines description above.
Does your wine contain sulphites? We never add sulphites to our wines, however, a small amount do occur naturally during fermentation. This means that often our wines would be classified as sulphite free (below 10mg/l)
